Per the By-laws, we as a neighborhood must vote on Board members for a one year term. We accept nominations beginning in April, vote in June, and new board members begin July 1st.
On the Documents page is a nomination form you can use to submit nominees to the board. These names will be added to a ballot for the election during the June HOA neighborhood meeting. It's a fillable pdf so you can download and email to the board or print and put in our mailbox beside the pool sidewalk.
We would love to know what your interests are and help you become an active member of our Homeowners’ Association. Each of our committees offers a variety of activities and events in which to participate, and all involvement contributes to the welfare of our community. It's a great way to stay connected to your neighbors and become a part of the Kingston Green community while meeting great people and making a difference. A description of each committee’s function is below.
ACC RESPONSIBILITIES: To ensure residents are in compliance with the Covenants and Restrictions.
To make a request please download the KGHA Architectural Request Form and submit it back to the Board.
The Welcome Committee is charged with welcoming all new residents to the community through a formal introduction and a small welcome gift. New residents include new homeowners and new tenants.

The Events Committee is charged with developing and planning events designed to foster the neighborly spirit, build community relations and enhance connections between our neighbors throughout the community.

The decorations committee is charged with conceptualizing and displaying decor throughout the community to evoke a celebratory spirit for our many holiday celebrations.
